- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour
- grated carrots - 4 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- walnuts
How to make carrot cake:
Combine and mix first 3 ingredients. Add at low speed flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, carrots, walnuts and vanilla. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
