  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 2 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour
  • grated carrots - 4 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • walnuts

How to make carrot cake:

Combine and mix first 3 ingredients. Add at low speed flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, carrots, walnuts and vanilla. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
