Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chocolate chips - 6 oz
• shortening - 3/4 c
• peanut butter - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c

How to make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies:

Cream butter, shortening and sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and mix in by hand. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Makes about 7 dozen.
