Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix pecans and coconut; press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut and pecan mixture.Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and oleo. Drop by tablespoons on top of cake. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Adjust oven temperature to 325° and continue to bake for 15 more minutes.
