  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • In a separate bowl add dry ingredients

How to make carrot cake:

Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl. In a separate bowl add dry ingredients. Mix together completely. Add carrots and nuts. Mix. Grease lightly a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Excellent with carrot cake.
