- stick margarine - 1 item

- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- In a separate bowl add dry ingredients
How to make carrot cake:
Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl. In a separate bowl add dry ingredients. Mix together completely. Add carrots and nuts. Mix. Grease lightly a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
