  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • mashed bananas
  • sour milk - 4 Tbsp
  • nut meats - 1/2 c
  • baking soda, dissolved in water - 1 tsp

How to make banana cake:

Combine all ingredients in order given, combining baking powder with the flour. Use just enough hot water to dissolve the soda. Bake at 350°.
