  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • jars junior carrots - 2 item

How to make carrot cake:

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until blended well. Lastly, add carrots. Mix well. Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a 10-inch tube pan.
