- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 c
- jars junior carrots - 2 item
How to make carrot cake:
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until blended well. Lastly, add carrots. Mix well. Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a 10-inch tube pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
