  • sugar
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • diced apples - 2 c

How to make apple cake:

Add sugar to beaten eggs. Continue beating until thick. Set aside.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into 8-inch square greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting.
