  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • nuts optional - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • walnuts - 3/4 c
  • Wesson oil
  • eggs, added one at a time - 4 item
  • Icing:1/2 stick butter

How to make carrot cake:

Mix ingredients together as listed.Icing:1/2 stick butter1 (8 oz.) cream cheese nuts (optional)2 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla. Chop nuts and sprinkle on top of icing.
