- 8 oz - 1 box
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- or 1 lb
- or 8 oz - 1 c
- unsweetened, well-drained crushed pineapple - 3 lb
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Sprinkle pineapple over syrup in sheet pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour batter over pineapple in pan. Bake at 300° in a convection oven about 50 to 60 minutes. Invert each portion on serving dish and garnish with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
