- powdered sugar
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- butter, soft
- maple - 1 tsp
- shredded carrots or 8 medium carrots - 4 c
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:4 Tbsp. butter, soft2 (3 oz.) cream cheese4 1/3 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. maple Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat the eggs first. Then add oil and flour, sugar, soda and salt mixture. MRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
