Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- Topping:1 stick margarine
- 2 can crushed pineapple use liquid
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
Topping:1 stick margarine1/2 c. evaporated milk1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. coconut1 c. sugar Mix eggs, flour, vanilla, sugar, soda and pineapple together and mix well. Bake at 325° for 28 to 30 minutes or until done.For Topping: Mix together margarine, milk and sugar. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Add nuts, coconut, then pour over cake while still warm.
