- butter - 4 5
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained but save - 1 item
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Stir in brown sugar. Top with crushed pineapple. Use your favorite yellow cake mix. Follow box directions. Use pineapple juice as part of the liquid in cake.
