  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple, drained but save - 1 item

How to make pineapple upside-down cake:

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Stir in brown sugar. Top with crushed pineapple. Use your favorite yellow cake mix. Follow box directions. Use pineapple juice as part of the liquid in cake. Bake according to box directions. When done, flip cake out on tray.
