Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- white syrup - 1/2 c
- popped, unsalted popcorn - 9 qt
How to make caramel popcorn:
Boil butter, brown sugar and syrup 4 to 5 minutes. Add baking soda. Pour mixture over the popcorn and bake on cookie sheet approximately 50 minutes at 200°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
