Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- stewed tomatoes - 1 qt
- small box spaghetti - 1 item
- small jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese sharp or mild - 2 c
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Brown meat with onions and peppers. Add sauce, stewed tomatoes and soup. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti as directed on box (break spaghetti into 3 or 4 pieces). Add spaghetti into mixture. Pour in baking dish 13 x 9-inch and sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
