Shrimp aspic
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- horseradish - 2 Tbsp
- shrimp - 1/2 lb
- unflavored gelatin - 2 pkg
- sprinkle of garlic powder - 1 item
- onion, chopped finely - 1/2 item
- small cream cheese - 2 pkg
- stalks celery, chopped finely - 2 item
- few shakes Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
How to make shrimp aspic:
Boil water, blend in gelatin. Cream the cheese and tomato soup. Add all spices and condiments. Mix all together and add shrimp. Pour in mold and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Set in hot water for 30 seconds to unmold. Serve with Ritz crackers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Shrimp.
