Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- molasses - 1/3 c
- popped corn - 1 item
How to make caramel corn:
Cook sugar, molasses, vinegar, water and butter until hard crack in cold water. Take off heat. Add the vanilla. Stir in the soda. Beat until foamy, then pour over corn and stir.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
