Ingredients/Components
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- light brown sugar - 2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon soda and a pinch of cream of tartar. (This will be foamy.) Pour over 8 quarts popped corn. Bake at 200° for 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes. Place on two greased cookie sheets.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
