Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- popped corn - 6 qt
- corn syrup light or dark - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soda and vanilla.
