Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- sausage, browned - 1 lb
How to make egg casserole:
Mix all ingredients and set in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 8 x 8-inch pan, uncovered, on middle rack in 350° oven 45 minutes. (May be doubled.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
