Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • unpopped corn equals 8 qt - 2 c

How to make caramel corn:

Boil together all except popcorn and soda for 5 minutes, then add soda. Pour over popped popcorn. Bake in oven at 200° for 1 hour. Stir once in a while.
