Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- unpopped corn equals 8 qt - 2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil together all except popcorn and soda for 5 minutes, then add soda. Pour over popped popcorn. Bake in oven at 200° for 1 hour. Stir once in a while.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
