Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- popped corn - 3 qt
How to make caramel popcorn:
Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Then boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn. Bake for 1 hour in 250° oven. Stir every 15 minutesRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
