Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 2 gal
- butter, melted - 1 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Put over popped corn. Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
