Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • popped corn - 2 gal
  • butter, melted - 1 c

How to make caramel corn:

Boil sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Put over popped corn. Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
