Caramel apple cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
- coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c
- Gradually add sugar
- peeled, chopped apples - 3 c
How to make caramel apple cake:
In a mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar. Blend in oil and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to egg mixture. Stir in apples and pecans. Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutesRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
