- pkg - 2 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- pecans - 1 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Spread coconut and pecans on bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake according to directions. Pour over coconut and pecans. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Spread over cake mix and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
