Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c

How to make cannelloni:

*If you can fine the noodles that don't need to be cooked before stuffed, these are the best.

Brown meat, add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and seasonings. Fill manicotti noodles. Prepare spaghetti sauce.

Pour a small amount of sauce into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Then line with filled noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, then uncovered about another 15 to 20 minutes. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
