Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- can corn, drained - 16 oz
- can tomato soup - 10 oz
- instant minced onion - 1 tsp
- can red kidney beans, drained - 16 oz
How to make western casserole:
Brown beef in skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
