Candied pecans
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon
- cold water - 1/2 tsp
- whole pecans - 2 c
- 1-2 egg whites
How to make candied pecans:
Whip egg whites till frothy. Then mix cold water and pecans until covered. Mix together cinnamon and sugar, and then add to mixture and coat thoroughly. Then spread on cookie sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cool on wax pepper.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
