Cabbage and beef soup
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
- medium head cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
- tomato can water - 1 item
- can kidney beans do not drain - 1 oz
- can tomatoes, chopped, with liquid - 1 oz
How to make cabbage and beef soup:
In a Dutch oven, brown beef. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour, covered. Makes about 3 quarts.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
