- eggs - 3 item
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
How to make buttermilk lemon pie:
Beat eggs. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Place foil over edges of crust and bake at 450° for 10 minutes longer or until set. Let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Sweet.
