  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp

How to make buttermilk lemon pie:

Beat eggs. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Place foil over edges of crust and bake at 450° for 10 minutes longer or until set. Let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
