Ingredients/Components
- crunchy peanut butter - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- baked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
How to make peanut butter custard pie:
Mix peanut butter and sugar until crumbly. Reserve 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of pie. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture into pie shell. Prepare custard filling with milk according to package directions. Pour into shell. Chill until set. Beat cream until stiff. Spread on top of pie. Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mixture.
