Butter pecan fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- half and half - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- toasted pecan halves - 1 c
How to make butter pecan fudge:
In large saucepan, bring oleo, half and half, granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and stir until smooth and well blended. Spread into 8 x 8 dish sprayed with Pam. Cool and cut into squares.
