Ingredients/Components

  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • mashed bananas - 1/2 c
  • butter pecan instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make butter pecan banana cake:

Blend all ingredients and mix for 4 minutes. Pour in greased and floured stem pan. Bake at 350° about 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan. A powdered sugar glaze may be added and decorate with sliced bananas, if desired.
