Strawberry pretzel salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• pkg - 1 oz
• brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
• boiling water - 2 c
• margarine - 3/4 c
• small Cool Whip - 1 item
• crushed pretzels
• large strawberry jello - 1 item

How to make strawberry pretzel salad:

Combine oleo with sugar. Mix in crushed pretzels and pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Dissolve jello in water. Add strawberries. Chill until almost set. Cream white sugar with cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooked and cooled crust. Pour jello mixture over this. Chill until firm. Also, can be used as a dessert.
