Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 7 Tbsp
- cold milk - 2 Tbsp
- plain flour - 1 c
How to make butter crust:
Mix flour and salt in pie pan. Add milk and butter mixture. Work out to sides of pan with fingers. Bake at 350° until brown. This is good for cream pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
