Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- ReaLemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- can Comstock fruit filling - 1 item
- 9-inch unbaked chocolate graham cracker crusts - 2 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Put fruit filling into shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425°. In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add Eagle Brand milk and eggs, beating constantly. Add lemon and vanilla. Whip until smooth. Pour over fruit in pie shell. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 25 minutes until set. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate any leftovers.
