- pint whipping cream - 1 item
How to make butter:
Pour whipping cream into quart jar and close tightly. Shake jar briskly for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour through strainer, buttermilk will go through, butter will remain in strainer. Enjoy!Cool Idea: Press butter into candy molds and cool in the refrigerator.
