Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
How to make butter crust:
Put butter and sugar in a bowl. (Do not cream.) Add flour and mix until dough forms. Press into a 9-inch pan with well floured fingers. Bake until golden brown at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.Note: It's good to chill the crust before baking. Oven needs to be hot.
