  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • bananas, sliced - 4 item
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • whipped topping - 8 oz

How to make banana split cake:

Spread crumbs in oblong pan and pour margarine over top. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese; pour over crust. Over this layer the bananas, which have been dipped in the lemon juice. Pour crushed pineapple over this, then adding the whipped topping and top with cherries. Freeze until just before serving, then let thaw slightly.
