Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- whipped topping - 8 oz
How to make banana split cake:
Spread crumbs in oblong pan and pour margarine over top. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese; pour over crust. Over this layer the bananas, which have been dipped in the lemon juice. Pour crushed pineapple over this, then adding the whipped topping and top with cherries.
