  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 2/3 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 6 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar, packed - 1 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate fudge pudding:

Requires no eggs. Sometimes I add one. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Add milk, shortening and vanilla. Mix only until smooth. Add chopped pecans. Put in greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Mix brown sugar and rema
