Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce
- catsup - 3/4 c
- chicken wings, washed, drained, sprinkled with salt - 3 lb
How to make buffalo wings:
Wash and drain the chicken wings. Sprinkle with salt; let stand 30 minutes. Beat the eggs. Dip chicken in eggs; roll in flour. Deep fry until golden brown. Put chicken in a baking dish; pour sauce over chicken. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350° to 375° oven.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Chicken wing.
