  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce
  • catsup - 3/4 c
  • chicken wings, washed, drained, sprinkled with salt - 3 lb

How to make buffalo wings:

Wash and drain the chicken wings. Sprinkle with salt; let stand 30 minutes. Beat the eggs. Dip chicken in eggs; roll in flour. Deep fry until golden brown. Put chicken in a baking dish; pour sauce over chicken. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350° to 375° oven.
