Barbecue chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 c
- water - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- Accent or monosodium glutamate - 1/2 tsp
How to make barbecue chicken wings:
Sauce:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. water1/2 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. catsup Use 20 to 24 fryer chicken wings. Joint the wings; save the tips for soup. Push the meat to one end of the wing to form a small drumstick. Dip chicken wings in batter and deep-fry until golden brown. Remove from oil; place on paper towel to drain.
