Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- chicken wings - 5 lb
- 1 stick margarine - 1/2 c
- dry Italian salad mix - 2 pkg
- hot sauce start with 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
How to make buffalo wings:
Fry wings or bake on cookie sheet at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes, then check for doneness. Mix dry salad mix, melted margarine, lemon juice and hot sauce. Pour mixture over cooked wings. Spread wings on cookie sheet in single layer. Bake 10 to 20 minutes until lightly brown and crisp.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Chicken wing.
