- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- hot sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken wings - 24 item
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- flour, salt, pepper, & garlic powder - 1 item
How to make buffalo wings:
Cut chicken wings into three pieces, discarding tops. Roll chicken in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Fry until golden brown. Drain. Combine margarine, hot sauce, vinegar, and ketchup in pan. Heat slowly. Put chicken in large bowl with tight fitting lid. Pour sauce over chicken and shake well.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Chicken wing.
