- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- chicken wings
- bottle Durkee red hot sauce - 1 oz
How to make buffalo chicken wings:
Split wings at each joint and discard tips. Pat dry. Deep fry on high for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. Drain. Combine hot sauce and butter. Toss wings in sauce to coat completely.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Chicken wing.
