Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 c
- cloves - 2 tsp
- allspice - 2 tsp
- small onions - 10 item
- green peppers - 10 item
- tomatoes 2/3 dishpan full - 1 pkg
- banana peppers 8 pieces - 2 item
How to make chili sauce:
Scald, peel and drain tomatoes. Cut up or put in blender the peppers and onions. Put in blender. Add some of the vinegar with it so you have some liquid. Mix all together and cook. Slow boil; can't be stirred out. Cook about 2 hours or until thick.Recipe categories: Low protein, Condiments, etc., Main dish.
