Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- can onion soup - 1 item
- jar mushrooms - 1 item
How to make brown rice casserole:
Melt butter and saut onion. Add rice and saut until rice turns golden (about 3 minutes). Put in casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients, all the juice. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Cook until moisture is gone. Do not overcook.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
