Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
How to make pancakes:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in large bowl. Add milk, egg and margarine and stir until smooth. Fry in skillet or griddle until brown on each side. Yields 20 to 21 medium size pancakes.Note: Dry ingredients can be mixed and stored until baking time.
