Sausage egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 9 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt
- dry mustard
- slices bread, cubed - 12 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese
- sausage
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Brown and drain sausage. Cool. Beat eggs and milk. Add salt, pepper and mustard. Mix in bread cubes. Add cheese and sausage; stir. Pour into glass baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Remove from refrigerator one-half hour before baking. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
