Brunch casserole



  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
  • sausage, cooked and drained - 2 lb
  • slices white bread, broken into pieces - 6 item

How to make brunch casserole:

Use 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Place bread in dish, then cheese and then sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour egg mixture over bread, cheese and sausage. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Put into cold oven. Set oven to 350° and bake 45 minutes.
