Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients together well and put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Top with 1 cup corn flake crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
